:: nrd plan-week2 ::

my week 2 was not as great as week 1.
it was due to my internal course from wednesday until friday. biasa la, kalau ada course, mesti la ada makan2 yg banyak so, rugi la kalau tak enjoy the food. hahah.

but, monday was good. fasting and my breakfast was egg sandwich with a lot of veges.
tuesday, i just had veges soup for lunch and kebab for dinner.

all in all, i was nothing great to shout out about my week 2. haih.

:: nrd plan-week1 ::

my NRD PLAN - week 1.

monday: puasa. breakfast with kuih and burger. a lot of water. not so healthy tp considered ok sbb puasa kan.

tuesday: breakfast with oatmeal biscuits, lunch with veges and fruits, teatime with popia, dinner with yong tau foo, a lot of water.

wednesday: breakfast with wholemeal sandwich, lunch with fruits, teatime with oatmeal biscuits, dinner with grilled chicken, a lot of water. plus exercise in the evening (tenis, squasy, cycling)

thursday: planned to fast but failed due to stomach ache. lunch with meehoon. dinner with fish n chips plus veges. a lot of water.

friday: breakfast with oatmeal biscuits. lunch with tomyam. dinner with fried squid. a lot of water.

done with my NRD PLAN - week 1. for saturday and sunday, rice is acceptable but in minimum quantity.

:: nrd plan-begin now! ::

when i bloghop a few days ago, i found a great idea on 'how to manage my diet and lose weight without any particular lose weight product'. the idea started because i want to be healthy and happy with myself.

since i had told everyone about the plan, i guess i have to make it successful, at least for the first one month (i hope for more and more and more...).

so....this monday (5th april 2010), i will start the NRD PLAN with my daily routine together with the daily journal on this blog.
